La musique est ma vie

Today, World is celebrating and grooving on the tunes of everlasting music, as its World Music Day. The Fête de la Musique is an annual music carnival to celebrate legacy and feast on great music, food, and fun. There are many remarkable street performances done by the musicians today, to reach out to an audience with their music.

So, I also got enthused to write a musical dedication from my all times favorite Disney Movies Songs. It was challenging to handpick few gems out of so many. But it was worth trying as many memories got refreshed bringing back smiles and sing-along moment while drafting this musical note.

#A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes#

Cinderella

Ilene” Woods

The song is versatile and beautifully pictured. Forever pure adorableness is attached to this song with the deeper meaning to hold onto your Dreams & Believe in the beauty of your Dreams, how little animals friends of Cinderella are being told about this message. Whenever I read the book “Cinderella,” my daughters have always quizzed me about Bad guys (Evil) & Good Angel Fairies. This song is fresh like a refreshing breeze even after so many years.

 #Let It Go#

FROZEN

Idina Menzel

This song is favorite as my younger daughter sing it so adorable every time Frozen movie is played and depth of this song lyrics can’t be felt without its awesomeness overall. Just let it go. Don’t hold back whatever you don’t feel right or it’s not worth your attention. Just Play your notes of life and be happy.

 #Touch The Sky#

Brave

Julie Fowlis

Brave is one such movie that has shifted the natural, subtle fairy princess character to one headstrong female protagonist character. I give Disney Pixar my cent percent applauds for bringing this breakthrough and fresh perspective. This movie is sweet in its ways that it tells a story of mom-daughter bonding in spellbinding ways. Brenda Chapman has penned this movie story getting inspiration from a relationship with her daughter. Free-spirited headstrong Princess Merida conveys a message- “It takes Brave (hearts) to follow what you believe in & how you live life on your terms and beliefs.”

#I See The Light#

Tangled

 Mandy Moore & Zachary Levi

All those days watching from the windows####and it’s like the fog is lifted####and, at last, I see the light.

Can anything be more tranquil than these lyrics? The moment gets paused, to cherish what we all wish and & celebrate-being in love with our dreams and seeing them comes to life. It happens all in one beautiful moment where the life gives us the moment for which we have been waiting, waited and craving unrelentingly. Rapunzel being my most Favorite Princess character after Cinderella is vivaciously adorable. This movie was a delightful treat for me, after my fondest recollections of all fairies tales books I have had in my childhood.

  #Hakuna Matata#

Lion King

Nathan Lane, Ernie Sabella, Jason Weaver, and Joseph Williams

This is one cute song, which I used to mimics & sing aloud with my best friends & my kid brother. Hakuna Matata, the Swahili phrase for “there are no worries,” when you got right friends and family.

The movie shows inspirations from the biblical tales of Joseph & Moses & famous Shakespearean play Hamlet. The film teaches essential lessons about Vengeance, Fate and Life choices.

 # Beyond the Sea#

Finding Nemo

Robbie Williams

This is our favorite family movie. No one can woo the essence of the parent-kid relationship like this movie has done in so subtle and remarkable ways. Values like Friendship, kindness, family and keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, and swimming. Sounds good Dory!

 #Colors of the Wind#

Pocahontas

Judy Kuhn

Can you sing with all the voices of the mountains? Can you paint with all the colors of the wind? Amazing lyrics showing Empathy and echoing the compassion and clear message~”You can own the Earth and still all you’ll own is earth until you can paint with all of the colors of the wind.”

What a profound masterpiece when it comes to its visuals.

  #Pirate’s Song#

Tinkerbell: Pirate Fairy

Tom Hiddleston

The song is energetic and fun to hear and all smiles from ears to ears. My daughters have fondness for Tinker bell and Zarina characters. We all love and enjoy watching series of Tinker bell movies, laid back and cozy. The honest feel of the fabled Pixie hollow & Peter Pan and her friends wiggling brings admiration smiles always.

#I Will love you always#

Lilo and Stitch 2

Dennis Kamakahi

Lilo is one convincing character of a little girl carrying emotional baggage with mellowness. Effervescence Stitch brings so much contribution to transform Lilo and his own life. I feel in one way or another they both carve for the same thing love and acceptance within family and friends. No matters what happens friends and family matters. Stick to your folks and friends thick and thin.

#Down to Earth#

WALL-E

Peter Gabriel

Self-sustainability ship and Humans have left Earth century’s ago waiting for it to become livable again. Wall E seems to be most expressive and emotive character despite being a machine. Eve was pretty and I just love this cute romantic sci fic movie. Strong message ~ “Mother Earth is still the Boss”.
