My take on ABC Wednesday Challenge- I for INCREDIBLE INDIA
The name ‘India’ is derived from the River Indus, the valleys around which were the home of the early settlers. The Aryan worshipers referred to the river Indus as the Sindhu. The Indus Valley Civilization/Harappa Civilization was one of the world’s first great urban civilizations, has always been on my fascination list*inspired me to delve more into ancient history & world history. India, my country, my pride is the world’s largest democracy. India invented the number system. Aryabhatta invented zero. Yoga has its origins in India and has existed for over 5,000 years. The ‘Place Value System’ and the ‘Decimal System’ were developed in India in 100 B.C. There are lot many interesting facts about India like these. It’s rich cultural history, unity in diversity, arts & architecture, food, economy & social values makes India truly, Incredible. The Tajmahal,”crown of palaces”, is listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site & is one of the seven wonder of the World.

सत्येन पन्था विततो देवयानः
यत्र तत् सत्यस्य परमं निधानम्
Truth alone triumphs; not falsehood.
Through truth the divine path is spread out
by which the sages whose desires have been completely fulfilled, reach
